Posyandu CHILDREN:
° is an organization or a container or a forum of communication, transfer of technology and public health services than by and for communities that have strategic value for developing human resources since early in dukuh level.
° is a community center in an effort to health services and family planning.
° is the center of family planning and health services are managed and organized for and by people with technical support from health workers (The PHC) in the achievement of Small Family Norm Bahagia Sejahtera (NKKBS).
Thank God the Praise in the region IX Sribitan dukuh Kasihan Bangunjiwo Village of Bantul Regency, One of our efforts to reduce morbidity and mortality of children under five is to perform maintenance of health. Maintaining the health of children under five put emphasis on prevention and health improvement and the treatment and rehabilitation. Health services of children under five can be done at the health center, health center, Polindes especially at the level of integrated health dukuh "Kanthil Yellow Flowers I & II". Currently Posyandu very prima donna, the Government of Indonesia in particular the Government of Bantul Regency with its policy to seek to reactivate the activities in the region dukuh with the "integrated health", because integrated health was the most suitable place for providing health services in a comprehensive and integrated toddler.

Implementation:
In the implementation of integrated service posts (Posyandu) Kanthil Yellow Flowers I & II dukuh IX Sribitan involving clinic staff, BKKBN officials as professional service providers and community participation in an active and positive as non-professional service delivery integrated within the framework of technology transfer and self-managed society in dukuh Sribitan IX.

1. Accelerating decline in infant mortality, young children and the birth rate
2. Improve maternal health services to reduce IMR
3. Accelerate the acceptance of small family norm healthy and prosperous.

5. Approach and equitable health services to the community in an effort to increase the coverage of population and geography.
6. Improvement and enhancement of community participation in order to transfer of technology for self-managed community health efforts.

2. Children under the age of 1 to 5 years
3. Pregnant women, lactating mother and mother childbed
4. Women of childbearing age.

Establishment of integrated health Kanthil Toddler Yellow Flowers I & II:
Yellow Flower Posyandu Kanthil formed from items that already exist such as:
1. Postal child's weight
2. Post immunization
3. Postal village family planning
4. Health posts
5. Other newly formed Post.
Requirements:
1. RW population is at least there are 100 children under five Oran
2. Consisting of 120 heads of families
3. Adjusted to the ability of workers (village midwives)
4. The distance between group homes, the number of households in one place or group is not too far away.
Reason Establishment Posyandu Kanthil Yellow Flower Toddler I & II:
· Posyandu to provide health services, especially in disease prevention and first aid as well as with family planning services
· Posyandu from society to society and by society, hence creating a sense of community to the efforts in the field of health and family planning.
Implementation of integrated health Kanthil Toddler Yellow Flowers I & II:
Are community members who have been trained as volunteers under the guidance of local health clinic.
Toddler Posyandu Manager Kanthil Yellow Flowers I & II:
Is an executive board formed by citizens who came from the PKK cadres, formal and informal community leaders and health volunteers in the region dukuh Sribitan IX.

1. Being in the place that is easily approached by people (House of Mr. Hamlet Sribitan IX).
